I never received the products I ordered, so I would say my thoughts about shipping protection are pretty negative. How are you going to charge me for something that never arrived.

Never received product. I emailed and explained I did not get my order. After a series of emails they finally reshiped it. But I still never received anything from them. Will never order from them again.
